Today we can come up with a special Chicken Starter recipe"CHICKEN PAKODI"
Chicken fry is one of the most important popular street food in our country.
In this recipe, I shared the method of marination of chicken and the secrets in getting the crispy chicken fry at home only.
INGREDIENTS:
1.Chicken - 1/2 Cup
2.Giner Garlic Paste - 1/2 tablespoon
3.Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tablespoon
4.Salt - 1 Tablespoon
5.Garam Masala - 2 Tablespoon
6.Black Pepper - 1/2 Tablespoon
7.Coriander Powder - 1 Tablespoon
8.Cumin Powder - 1 Tablespoon
9.Eggs - 2
10.Cornflour & Maida - 1 Tablespoon
11. Leaves - 10-12
How to make Chicken Pakodi
Making of Mixture :
1.Take Half a cup of chicken pieces into a bowl.
2.Add a Half tablespoon of Ginger Garlic Paste.5.Now add a 2tablespoons of Garam Masala.
6.Later add 1 tablespoon of Coriander powder, Black pepper, and Cumin Powder to the mixture
7. And then add 2 eggs and mix the whole quantity well and put the whole mixture aside for 2 - 3 hours.
8.After 2 - 3 hours, now add cornflour and Madia to the quantity and mix the whole quantity well.
10.Drop the chicken pieces in the hot oil and fry on medium heat until it becomes browned and cooked for 6 - 8 Minutes.
11.Now increase the heat to high heat the oil until it is very hot. Then drop the pakoras in small batches in the hot oil and fry on high heat until they become crispy and golden brown.
12.Then now add some 10-15 curry leaves and 2-3 green chilies slit into half in the oil and fry for few seconds.
